The breakfast included in my package was a great start to the day, although I cannot speak to the taste as I did not end up trying it. The public onsen/bath was a pleasant surprise, with ample space and a minimal number of other guests using it. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, with 24-hour check-in available.

The room I was assigned was a smoking room, something that I was not particularly thrilled about. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a non-smoking room upon my arrival.

Staying at this hotel was a great surprise. the staff was always helpful and available, and they even managed to accommodate my non-smoking room request. the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an excellent layout. One of my favorite things about this hotel was the beautiful and relaxing public bath/onsen. the broad parking area and the 24-hour reception service made things even more convenient.

The hotel might not be suitable for men seeking to take a bath at night since the baths are only for women at certain times.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was tidy and comfortable. We appreciated the option to wear jinbei to the public bath and onsens. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean bath area. The parking lot was also large and accommodating. we were very pleased with our experience.
